Senior Technical Professional-Field, Drilling:

The candidate is responsible for tech and products to client requirements and in compliance with contractual requirements and company standards and policies. This position requires Italy and Continental Europe mobility with no restrictions.
Job is to represent, interface with Operations and client. Set financial and relationship goals. Set stage for company to interface with customer. Focus can differ between divisions.

Qualifications:
Design, prepare, and plan technical and commercial proposal for it's clients vertical and directional wells requirements, ensuring compliance with contracts and company standards and policies.
Follow the execution of the well’s drilling program and assume responsibility for technical recommendations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in drill bit, coring and down hole tool related field
Comprehensive knowledge of company products and services and their application to customer requirements and competitive market.

o Uses in depth offset data & benchmarking reviews.
o Works with all roller cone, fixed cutter drill bit, coring and down hole tool.
o Works with all directional drilling companies.
o Can assist in developing new drill bit, core head designs that are tailored to the client's applications.

Excellent negotiating skills.
Demonstrated expertise in sales.
